FREE Financial Counseling / Asesorías Financieras Gratuitas

No matter what your money goal is, CLW can help. CLW partners with DevNW to offer free financial counseling to CLW borrowers.
Financial Counseling is an effective and confidential way to develop a goal-oriented budget, strengthen your credit, pay down debt, deal with collections or work towards other financial counseling goals.
To meet with a HUD-certified financial counselor at no cost to you, email Lori Stout at lori@communitylendingworks.org and put “Financial Coaching” in the subject line.

DevNW is CLW’s partner organization. They provide various services including housing assistance and financial educational classes.
Small Business Development Center (SBDC)
The SBDC provides educational business courses and individual business counseling. Great for startup ventures in need of free counseling.
Oregon Entrepreneurs Network
OEN helps entrepreneurs start up and scale up by connecting them to peers and mentors, startup funding opportunities, and hands-on training.
Oregon RAIN
Oregon RAIN has various events and programs helping startup and small businesses, including mentorship and access to capital resources.
SCORE
SCORE provides a wide range of services to established and new businesses, including mentorship, education, and local events.
Business Oregon
Business Oregon is the state’s economic development agency. A great resource for news and information on the Oregon business community.
XXcelerate
XXcelerate Fund provides business education, peer support and a pathway to financing for womxn who want to work for themselves.
